Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    "An Act relating to questionnaires and surveys administered in the                              
    public schools; relating to statewide school district                                           
    correspondence study and to centralized correspondence study;                                   
    relating to the delay of the reduction of supplementary public                                  
    school funding; relating to funding the Alaska Challenge Youth                                  
    Academy program; relating to medical assistance for rehabilitative

Representative Kott later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                             
HCS SB 345(RLS), and the reconsideration was taken up then.
